During the 2018-2019 school year, Capital City Lighthouse Charter School used the evidenced-base program from the Orton-Gillingham Based System: Barton Reading & Spelling System in small group intervention to address the deficit areas of students identified as exhibiting the characteristics of dyslexia.

During the 2018-2019 school year, 22 students attending Capital City Lighthouse Charter School received dyslexia intervention services from a trained dyslexia interventionist.
